This guy has the coolest channel. I bought a pedometer the other day, and Sunday (when the bus doesn't run and I don't go anywhere) I put in less than 300 steps. Pathetic, right? But it was only after breaking my arm and weighing in that I realized how heavy I was. I bought a scale, changed my diet, and lost over a third of my weight. Now is the time for addressing mobility, and not laying down and sitting in a chair all day is key.
